Woven – West Coast Trail
Hiking the West Coast Trail was on my bucket list and in 2009 I hiked it with 2 good friends. It was an incredible experience. This painting is celebrating the roots on the WCT. They could be treacherous but most of all the were your foot hold climbing up steep inclines and they were your hand holds in narrow passages. They supported you and took so much abuse from passersby and yet stayed strong.
